Tuesday • 9am – 8pm
Friday • 9am – 3pm

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans including Delta Dental Premier, Cigna, United Healthcare, and others.
Contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We can file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. Please see our Office Manager for details.
Payment Options
We also accept checks, cash or credit cards.
We participate in CareCredit.
